The Sheffield lads are back on the scene
Took them long enough, it’s about time some music gets in the charts without making your ears bleed from the inside out (yes Ed Sheeran, I’m looking at you).
But back to matter at hand
Arctic Monkeys are back! They announced their tour and their new logo on Twitter which you can see below:

Can’t say I’m a fan of the new logo, it looks a bit like the Renault logo – not shit, but it doesn’t look as good compared to next doors C-Class…
As for the font… well the less said about that the better! A lot of people have tweeted saying that the font reminds them of techno! I for one couldn’t stand a techno Monkeys album…
But then again, if anyone can pull it off it’ll be the Sheffield boys.
The tour they’ve announced takes them all over the place including:
- Primavera Sound Festival, Barcelona – 02 June
- TRNSMT Festival, Glasgow – 01 July
- Mad Cool Festival, Madrid – 13 July
- Sziget Festival, Budapest – 14 August

It’s the biggest comeback for any band in a long time.
